Terry Prideaux (Multi-Media, Tech Director)
Terry was raised in the Pacific Northwest, as the youngest of 7 children. He always had and artistic side to him, but really did not do anything professional with his passion till the late 90s. Via friends and co-workers, Terry discovered "The Art Institute of Seattle", where he was taught skills and techniques to become a graphic designer. Since then, Terry has worked for Button Place, Topps, Service Doctors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Feld Entertainment and started his freelance company "Vinnie Delpino Inc". Later it will evolve into "SkidMark Creative".
Later on, Terry relocated to New York City in 2005(with a side trip to Washington DC), to not only further expand his experience, but also to see what NYC has to offer. He enrolled at "The Art Institute of NYC" to further expand his knowledge of web, and learn new techniques in the Graphic Design field.
Out of nowhere, he stumbled into theatre (off, off Broadway). His credits include: The lighting designer for the Off Broadway Musical Honestly Abe and has worked on over 100 productions as a stage manager, tech director and lighting designer. He has also performed improv on stage and co wrote and acted in the student film The Good Depression (YouTube). He was an active volunteer at “The Manhattan Theatre Source”. Currently he has been associated with Stageplays Theatre Company for the last 6 years as its web designer. And also has been associated with John Chatterton Presents as his Technical Director and Web Consultant for the past 7 years. He will be making his directorial debut with the play Graham’s Law of Diffusion this March (2016).
He enjoys splitting up his time between New York City and Washington DC, but who knows he might return to the very soggy NW one day. But for now he is enjoying life as a Graphic/Web designer/Photographer and his 2nd career in theatre.
